The Master Plan

Many ingredients need to come together to create a thriving community.  While there is no simple recipe for creating a community, there are best practices that should be followed.  As we developed the Master Plan for Koa Ridge, we used our 40 years of community building experience and augmented it with the most current practices on Smart Growth, Sustainability, and Urban Design.  The Master Plan provides a roadmap to create a vibrant, mixed-use community that incorporates Koa Ridge’s core values and guiding principles, which we developed jointly with the community.
